Surrounded by National Forest, Oakridge is a beautiful, relatively small town, east of Eugene. With mountains, heavy forest, mountain bike trails, hiking trails, and numerous waterways, it seems to be tailor made for outdoor enthusiasts!

Situated just west of Bend, it gets more rainfall and is therefore more green than Bend, and is also much smaller, with just a fraction of the population and crowds.
