Kathleen O'Neill brings years of experience as a professional writer and project manager in the High Tech industry to organizing well-run, fun, and safe events. She finds her experience as a pre-school teacher extremely helpful, too - healthy snacks and naps for everyone!

Kat is a committed non-racer who works hard to create events that everyone, racers and non-racing visitors alike, enjoys. Visiting Shane at one of their first Adventure Races, Kat sat in a field. For five hours. And staying at home is even worse than sitting in an empty field!

Now that she's helping organize her own events, she's always on the lookout for great locations with convenient parking, play structures, great views and interesting things to do to make friends and family of racers as happy and comfortable as possible. We want everyone, the entire family, to come on out and enjoy the day! While Shane is exclaiming over the "wicked single track!", Kat's saying, "Oooo, and look at the view from the picnic tables!"

Kat's a Sierra Club member with a deep appreciation and gratitude for the amazing planet that we call home.

We hope racers will bring their non-racing family and friends out to enjoy Kat's picnic tables with great views. It'd make her very happy.
